Sunil Kanchi is Chief Information Officer & Senior Vice President of UST Global.
As CIO, Sunil is responsible for Information Technology, Communications and digital transformation of all internal systems for global operations spanning 22 countries.

As Senior Vice President, Sunil also leads Engineering Services and supports Diversified Manufacturing portfolio customers globally. In addition, Sunil leads Global Partnerships & Alliances, with special focus on creating a Start Up ecosystem and the Corporate Venture Capital team.

Sunil is known for his execution excellence, ability to build high performance teams, drive profitability and growth through innovative solutions and create effective sales and go-to-market strategies. In 2013, Milwaukee Business Journal included Sunil in its annual “40 Under 40” column of business leaders to watch.

Sunil joined UST Global in 2014 through the acquisition of Kanchi Technologies that he led as its founder & CEO. Kanchi Technologies is a niche Engineering services organization with operations in the US, Germany and India. Sunil founded the company based on “Co-Sourcing model” that he fine-tuned based on his experiences across the entire product realization lifecycle at Rockwell Automation, a global industrial controls and automation company; at Larsen & Toubro, India's largest engineering conglomerate; at PTC, one of the leading CAD/PLM software companies; and at L&T InfoTech, an IT & Engineering services organization. Sunil has both sold and purchased engineering services and has set up engineering partner organizations in North America, Europe, Brazil, China, and India.

Sunil is a certified Lean Master and Six Sigma Green belt. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum, University of Kerala, India.
