Leslie is UST Global’s Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for driving our rapid innovation and growth by building a world-class brand, marketing strategy, and the modern global marketing organization, operating model and infrastructure to tell our unique UST story.

She comes to us with over 25 years of experience as a global marketing and customer experience executive and has a proven track record in building brands and disruptive digital business channels, instilling customer-first engagement strategies, and building and leading highly-effective global marketing teams. Her expertise has been developed across industries, in global blue-chip organizations and start-ups, and across client, consulting and agency sides.

Prior to joining UST Global, Leslie was with Accenture, where she helped develop the Accenture Interactive agency services and marketing strategy offering and advised Fortune 50 clients in marketing transformation. She also held marketing and strategy leadership roles at GE, Wolters Kluwer, Harte Hanks, Gateway and Cox. Starting her career at Apple, she has built many of the first digital business models, offerings and products and also led marketing and digital transformation strategy for some of the world’s largest brands. Leslie holds Business and Journalism degrees from the University of St. Thomas.
