Trent Mayberry is Chief Digital Officer of UST Global and responsible for the company’s overall digital strategy, leads digital consulting practice and focuses on digital transformation for the world's leading organizations. In his role, Trent leads UST Global’s Digital Business Group which aims to help clients capture business value in all our industries, with particular focus on Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail. He specializes in rapid innovation and data driven experimentation to help companies incubate and scale new initiatives.  He leads a team leveraging lean agile methods, advanced architectures, organization design, and industrialisation. 

Trent has held leadership positions in strategy, architecture, engineering, and commerce across a rare mix of large industry leaders, start-ups, and tech companies. In his current role, he leads a focused team that helps clients through their Digital Transformation journey from strategy, innovation, design, delivery, and continuous learning.

Trent is an industry thought leader, author, and expert on digital transformations. He brings more than 18 years of experience in Financial Services and has helped many financial institutions deploy new technologies to drive growth and improve customer intimacy. Prior to joining UST Global, Trent was with Accenture and led several digital innovations for the company.

Known as a trusted advisor and consultant, Trent has delivered high-impact digital, big data, customer engagement, and product innovation strategies to several Fortune 100 companies.

Trent holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from The University of Illinois. He is gifted at bringing together diverse mindsets and empowering multi-disciplinary teams to transform companies. Passionate about designing disruptive innovations and leading teams that positively shape the world, he has strengthened the brands of every company he has served.  Trent Mayberry is currently based in Chicago, USA and worked in Asia between 1996 and 2017.
